Our Commitment
CFE has been a committed community partner in Central Florida for over 70 years now. We’re a local, a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned by our members. Meaning, we share a concern for the communities where we live, work, worship, volunteer, and play; and our founding values are based on social responsibility (people helping people), equality, and solidarity.

| Going green is not something you do overnight. Rather, CFE views it as an ongoing commitment to do our part, with steady progress towards our being greener. As long as we’re continuously and actively pursuing going green improvement opportunities, while maintaining our primary focus to preserve and protect the soundness and security of the credit union for our members’ financial wellbeing, we believe we can effectively balance and promote the needs of both our members and the planet.
